This newly opened restaurant is inspired by Madam Xia Xiao Fei, a chic Cantonese lady of the 1930s, who was born and raised in Shanghai under great influence from her grandmother of Sichuan ancestry. Active in Shanghai’s social & film circles with a passion for cooking and travel, Madam Xia had mastered exceptional culinary skills from different regions of China. By the same token, the restaurant’s team of award-winning chefs provides guests with uniquely sophisticated Sichuan, Shanghainese and Cantonese cuisines, using traditional cooking methods and the finest ingredients to present an impressive collection of signature dishes and dim sum with a modern twist.
